Hi I would like to say that I have a problem about confirmation . I connected my credit cart two time and I had to pay twice . But I have not get any confirmation code yet. Could you check the problem Please

Takes a few days to show as per link.
However if you have clicked to confirm x2 then make sure you use the second code as by clicking x2 you have cancelled the first.
