change bank details

good evening,

I have 2 PayPal accounts 1 I don't use now but has my bank details stored on it. Is there a away I can delete the bank details from the one I am no longer using and change it for my current 1?

Yes remove them from your old account and add it to your new!

It won’t delete and I receive msg that there is bending transaction although I didn’t have any transactions? What to do ?

Check if you had a subscription set up...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
