cash accounting and how to handle funds left in PP at end of year

So, if you are using the cash method for accounting. And you have funds left over in your PP account that came in for services/goods that you hadn't moved to your bank account. How do you handle that? do i only consider the money in my bank account? or do i count the funds in PP that were collected in 2020, but not paid out to my bank acct till 2021?
