Hi i link my card number on my account instead of bank account number  , because it's said 16 digits , but i withdraw it last day and its completed but right my money isn't arrive on my account, How can i resolved this. thanks for reply

If the transfer fails then it should bounce back to your paypal balance.

If its gone to your bank/card then check with them.
