What can i do, if my card has been charged to get an authentication number, but i cant find it? i see the charge online at my bank, but theres no code.

Oh no! The code can take up to 30 days to reflect on a statement, so it's possible that you've received the charge but the code hasn't registered. If 30 days pass and the code still doesn't appear, please contact us so that we can help with refunding the charge and seeing what additional options we have to help.
