cant withdraw my money ??

hi guys!

my paypal account was closed last year with some money in it, they said later that i could withdraw themoney afoter 180 days.. its been over a year now, and i still cant withdraw the money, and the support from paypal is none, no contact nothing.

what should i do ?

Normally you can withdraw the funds post 180 days as long as you are over 18 AND the account is not in a fake name.

If neither apply then contact customer services, can't give you any options as you haven't bothered to say what country you are in.

i can't withdraw the money tho 😞

the company is from bulgaria and they haven't given us any specific reason for why they closed the account.

abd i tried to reach customer service over paypal but no answer last few times. and i can't seem to find any direct support email to reach them.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

me too, it says "it's less than the minimum" this is **bleep**ing fraud.. paypal is fraud! they don't want to give our money!!
