cannot transfer $461.05 from paypal to my bank account

Hi I am at my wits end with the paypal system, have verified myself and up until approx 1 month ago had no problem with a nick name, because of my hacked and used account in my name, ( i know it was a silly move, and I regret it now) but i had sold over 80 items successfully and monies were always transfered to my bank account, now the amount tallies over $450 and I desperately need it now and cannot transfer it to my account, Is there any other way to get it into a family members bank, I am asking anyone has this happened to you and I am completely stuck, still have 73 items trying to sell on ebay, and they are more empathetic as I have also emailed them, but they are separtate companies, every day I am uploading my licence, centrelink statement, bank statement for the month period, utility bill etc, still nothing, please can anyone help me.

If the name on the account is not a name that was ever your legal name, it is not likely that a name change will be possible. Names can be changed on an account in the following circumstances:

A legal name change

A minor misspelling

And in the case of an account for a registered business, a change in the designated contact for the company.

Changing from a fictitious name (or, as in your case, a name unrelated to your legal name) to a legally recognized name is not something that is supported. If the account is not currently limited, you may wish to close the account and open an account using the correct information.

The funds in your account belong to the named person on the account who has legal documents that prove its his name.

Hi thanks so much, I have been persistant OMG !!!  Finally a gorgeous person understoond and assured me of full use of my paypal within 24 -48 hours and a team from paypal is working on it now as I believe I was able to prove myself (I understand the name change which I have done) I have sent the current bank statement with the exact account number and all of other transactions which have gone into that account in the last year without any problem, thanks again for a response to this and keep safe.
