I've been trying to pull down money waiting for me in my Paypal account. I followed all the instructions for two different ways of linking an account and I get the same error each time; unable to process your request at this time, please try again later. This has gone on for over a week.

It sounds like you are having problems adding your bank account. I would advise you to wait 24 hours before trying again. It may also help to clear your cache and cookies and try an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
