I de link my bank account and I try to add same bank account even I done the verification, the access is failed. Now I cannot send money to friends neither! How can link my bank account again? when I try to link, paypal always say we couldn't confirm its you. How do I prove myself. I can receive verification code from paypal and from my bank, but why paypal say cannot confirm its me!
