can not confirm receipt of goods

i have bought a virtual good and they require the money to be freed into their account so i need to confirm the receipt of the good but i could not find the confirmation button

The seller may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If you confirm this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to them sooner. This is not always guaranteed.

i did not find the confirm receipt button ,,,how can i confirm it because the seller won't give me the virtual good  until i do so

Well as i said its not always available so you may not be able to see it HOWEVER you should never confirm receipt if you have not got your item.

If he does not send it then file a dispute for non receipt of item.
