i submitted a bank transfer and received a generic error message, so i submitted again a lower amount and got the same error. right now the two transactions are "pending". can i be sure that the bank transfer will not go through? it will overdraft my account if both go through. will one go through and the other bounce? are they both going to cancel? thank you.
both transfers went through to my bank and i was charged a nsf fee for one of them. i called paypal and they transferred me and put me on hold to be like "did you not know you didn't have the funds to do both transfers?" and other things i could not hear because of the loud room they were in. so note; if you get an error it might not be real and even though it says it couldnt be processed it actually was, so do not try again like the error prompts you to.
