i have been using paypal for a long time with same banking details, never had any issues till now and i get a message saying sorry ur card isnt allocated?? so i tried using message centre they keep closing my message no help at all.... ive used paypal on the site before no trouble ... i dont get it at all

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Is your card out of date and needs updating?

Does the card have available funds?

Does the billing address of the card match the address on your paypal account?

Is your card still showing in your paypal account wallet?

card is in date still address  is same there are funds .... there was no reason as nothing has changed yes its in wallet still
