bank account

Hi everyone. Am new on PayPal nut i got an issued.. Am from Mauritius got two bank account but when i tried to link bank account or card it got rejected.. With my MCB card I got international transactions open and can pay online also but when i tried to linked it, it got declined can i get help please..
