i have a very complicated problem , i made an account trued to add my bank account but due to wrong deposit number it got removed and when i tried it said try back later. i then once again tried to add my account and by mistake i forgot to add a number and a wrong account is now added in my payment method and when i am trying to add my original account it is still saying try again later what should i do.

If you entered the wrong code x3 times then you can no longer confirm your bank account that way.
You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again and then ask customer services to add it for you.
They would probably request that you upload a copy of your bank statement to prove ownership of the bank account as you couldn't manage the code method.
Advice is voluntary.
