bank account adding problem

i am not able to add bank account to my paypal accout, i dont recieve the two confirmation payments from paypal. kindly  help. either it shows try again or  i dont recive two payments.

it has been more than a week and i have tried several times but i donot recive the deposits in my account.

Thanks for following up and I'm sorry to hear you still haven't received the verification deposits. In order to receive assistance with confirming your bank, I recommend contacting Customer Support. Customer Support can be reached by clicking Contact and then Call Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
