i have a personnel account and i know there is money in my account but it's telling me 00-00 i have checked details beside it still no joy can anybody help please

Why do you think there should be money in your balance?

Have you just received a payment?

Have you received a refund?

thanks for replying and yes i know there should be money in my account as as i had a few people deposit money into it for me to buy something for them

So did you actually see the funds in your balance that they sent you?

Did you get email confirmation that the funds were sent?

I received money on my paypal account from Swoo Limited And they sent me claim mail to claim my money and every time i press claim money in the sent mail and login for my account on paypal my balnce still zero Need help and advice
