Hello I am new to paypal and just went to work for an employer that pays thru paypal. My card came in yesterday and I activated it but it shows a $0 balance. I have money in my paypal acct online however. How do I get that money to the card? I thought it automatically went to the card. Could someone please help me?
Hello tstepp! Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal Community! I will be happy to assist with this. If you have received a payment on your PayPal account, the funds are normally credited on your PayPal balance. You can leave the funds there with no costs for your future purchases or select to 'withdraw' in the withdrawal page. You will be presented with the available options to complete a withdrawal (i.e. card, bank account, etc). Hope this helps. - Carlos
