ask the question for seller mention not register the paypal account

I am purchase from eBay but the seller said his PayPal account is another one and the money I send through PayPal is not register as he mention. so what I can do?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.
