Great advice, @sharpiemarker. Typically we're able to assist if we can take a look at the issue. Just for some general information, it's possible that the card you're trying to add isn't compatible with our system. This would mean it's not able to be added or used on a PayPal account. If this is the case, you'll typically receive an error that says the card can't be used. I hope this information helps!
