adding my credit card

i can’t add my credit card on my other account. i unlinked the card on the other but i keep getting an error of please unlink you’re credit card on this account. support told me wait 24 hours then add it but today i tried it and it didn’t work and gave me the same error. i don’t have another credit card so please help me.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to link a card to a different account. I regret that account-specific assistance cannot be given via the forum. Please contact customer service again. They should be able to troubleshoot further.
