I am trying to add funds to my account but it says that this service is currently disabled in my country (this has been the same for like past 2 months) and that I should try adding funds some other way. Since I am kinda new to Paypal and all, I really don't know any other way to add them ( I only know that way when u add a card to your account and then transfer the funds). If anyone could help that would be great.
You never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to transfer to reimburse them. They will take from any linked (bank account) if thats an option in your country OR any linked and confirmed card.
