adding account

i want add my bank account but paypal is not allowing me to add. yesterday i had linked my account so for security purpose then send me two small deposits. i dont why but got for small deposits. when i tried to verify my account i tried upper two deposits but it declined . i tried three times then paypal removed my bank account .    now plz help how could i add my bank account.

Thanks for posting your question in our Community. 

I understand there is some confusion about adding and confirming the bank. 

When you add the bank PayPal will send  small amounts to your bank You can use these in order to confirm the bank. When the bank is confirmed you can make payments through Direct Debit. If the 2 amounts are entered incorrect 3 times, the bank will be deactivated. You can contact us through the 'Help & contact' link and here we can help you activate the bank again.
