adding a card

Hi 

I have been having problems with the website. 

I was trying to change my postal address on my card, as I have just moved, it wouldn't allow me for some unknown reason.  Therefore I decided to delete my card and add it back again to the system, and again it would let me. It wouldn't even let me send an email to PayPal. 

Anyone else had this problem?

If so could you help me?

I'm sorry you're having a tough time updating your card information and contacting PayPal by email. In most cases, if you're unable to update, remove or add financial information, your PayPal account may be limited. I recommend contacting our Customer Service directly for assistance.
