adding a bank account.

For some reason whenever i go to add a bank account i either just get an error saying, 'we werent able to process your request' or it asks me for a security check for a card that is not even linked to the account anymore, i was on the phone to paypal employee and the only help she was able to give me was to say that my bank account is on another account and to remove it, however i have checked my accounts and its not on any of them, and even when i could add my bank account it was already on another paypal account, so at the moment i am very confused and all i want to do is just withdraw my funds.

Any help is appreciated.

Other accounts?

You are only allowed to have a maximum of 2 paypal accounts and only then if 1 is business and the other 1 is personal.

If you have 2 or more or 2 of the same type then you risk them all being limited.

Also a bank account cannot be linked to any more than 3 PayPal accounts over its lifetime.
