How to add my bank account with my bank? i tried several times and its failed

In general, you should be able to add your bank account from the 'Wallet' section of your PayPal account. There could be multiple reasons why you may not be able to add your bank. For example, it could be due to security reasons. In that case, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset.
