hello, please someone help me i added my card to my paypal account, but when i go to purchase page, it says add a card to continue.i enter my card info again, and press "ADD". processing appears and nothing happens!still says add a card to continue. (i already added my card when i made my paypal account)
i tried to solve this myself and tried around 10times, and now it says"your card was declined try a different card" when i click on add buttton.please help me its emergancy purchase
