I am trying to add my ICBC debit card into my paypal account but it is not saving also my ICBC debit card does not have the security code at the back of my ATM card which is part of the field that i am supposed to enter into Paypal form while adding the card. What should i do? and how to resolve this issue. I have been trying to seek help and send messages to Paypal but nobody replied to me and help me. Please anyone can help me? Appreciate any feedback please.
