about sending money to my account

hello, im using buzzbreak application to earn some money. They pay money to paypal account. i have earned some money and i withdrawed it to my paypal account.but its not credited to my paypal account. Then i asked about it from the buzzbreak application helpers, and they said that they cannot depposit money to my paypal account because ther is a error. they send me this image. please help me to fix this error. Thankyou.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
