@PayPal charged both of the credit cards associated with my account and there is absolutely nowhere on the website to 'appeal' their 'case closed' status within the resolution center.
As a result of their charging my Revolut card, Revolut flagged the transaction as 'suspicious' and as a result they have permanently blocked my card!
They did this because of PayPals error.
Paypal make it impossible to speak to a human. This level of service is absolutely scandalous for a financial intermediary and if not resolved, I will take it to the Financial Ombudsman.
I should have said that Paypal charged both of my credit cards the full amount, for the same purchase!
