Your transfer could not be processed

Hi anyone having trouble transferring money to bank account?? I've been trying to transfer money since March 27. I do it everyday and still have the same error. I received the same reason " If your card has not been updated for a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer" It's been 9 days and lockdown is extended and I need cash to buy some groceries. I don't have any other account to used. Card was updated. Any help???
