My card status is connected to a paypal account. I've also sent the 4 requested codes (but $ 1.95 is still in progress and haven't entered my account). I have received an email that my paypal is ready to use. But when I was about to make a payment, there was a warning, "this card has been declined." And my other cards were also rejected. Looks like I'm in a country where there is no add money button on the balance so I can't top up. I'm really desperate. How should all of this be fixed?
