Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.

Hello,

When I try to link my visa card I get this error 

Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.

Is there any solution because I want to cash out my money. The big problem is that the support are not working those days! 
Tell me if there is any solution or give me a support number so I can contact them to solve my problem.

Hi @Mghribi-34,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to link the card you wish to link. If the card has an address that is in the country where your account is registered, please clear your browser's cookies and cache and try again after waiting a full day with no attempts in between. If you attempt to add it repeatedly too many times, the system may lock you out from the ability to add it.
