i have tried to link my card but has been declined. i have asked my card issuer for this problem they told me that maybe you have been blocked by paypal because you have tried to link the card many time? can any one help me.
You can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country. You can only link a credit card.
Also the option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Nepal. You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer. There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.
my card issuer told me you can link your card to Paypal because recently banks of Nepal has implement the International payment system where we can purchase item from eBay, aliexpress, amazon etc. and also we can link our card to Paypal.
