I spoke to customer services (via telephone) who had no idea what I was talking about (didn't really speak English). Looked In the this forum and this issue is mentioned by many people and tagged as being solved. But it isn't !, the moderator has simply said to contact support. So the problem is not resolved, as no solution or explanation has been given.
Has anyone received a reply from tech support?
