I have a bank account in another country that I want to use to make a payment. However I live in a second country, and I do not have a mobile in the first, but I have not found a way to use the bank account in country 1 while being a resident of country 2. The people I want to pay ONLY accept payment via Paypal (???!). Suggestions?
