Wrong email

Hi. I have send money for christmas to my friend but I used her old PayPal email ( the new one and old one are similar 😕 ). Unfortunately she has not been using old PayPal ages and now we have got money stuck in her old PayPal. She has tried reset a password but she has changed mobile number so she can not verify by mobile and she knows answer only for one security question. She can not access to that account now and refund money to me 😞 .is there any other way to reset a password ( perhaps special link send to her old email) or call to customer service and ask them to do it ( can you give me a number pls). Thx for help

Difficult to give you contact information when you haven't said what country you are in but try this.


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
