I'm sorry to hear that the address that was used for check withdrawal was incorrect. If you reside in a different country than the one in which your account is registered in, the address on your account will be invalid. Check withdrawal is only available in some countries, as well.
Please contact PayPal customer service to let them know that the check will not be delivered. A representative can advise of next steps.
