Hello I gave someone the wrong email address to send money now money has been sent but not to me how can she stop that

Depends which option she chose to send it ie goods/services or family/friends.

Depends how she funded the paypal payment.

Depends on what it says next to the transaction in her paypal account ie pending/unclaimed, sent or payment.
