I'm aware that if my PayPal balance is negative that they take money from my bank to pay for it, but what if the situation is vise versa?
If I have a negative bank account balance, but I have money on my Paypal, will the bank take the money from my Paypal??
I hope someone knows the answer!

If you have a negative balance at your bank and money in your PayPal balance, no. The purpose of the link to your bank from PayPal is to allow PayPal to withdraw funds to pay for your purchases or add funds to pp balance that you grant them permission to do per transaction. That's it. Your bank and PayPal don't communicate that information to each other. Just make sure you don't choose your negative bank account or debit card associated with it as back up payment to your PayPal balance when making a payment, or you'll get NSFs at the bank account.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
