Won’t transfer money to my debit card

Every time I try to transfer money from my PayPal to my debit card that has been on there forever it pops up a red triangle and says there’s a problem and it will transfer the money at all. I don’t know how else to get to it I don’t have a bank account hooked up

Is your card still in date and not expired?

Does the billing address still match your paypal address?

Do you still have available funds on the card?

Have you had a failed transaction using that card at all recently?
