You're probably trying so many times, rapid fire, that the security system is triggered/red alert and the more you do it, the longer it takes to reset. Leave account alone for a few days, then restart your device before you try again carefully as it restarts your internet connection. Because bad, weak, unstable signals can interfere with processing.
