Won't let me enter amount when trying to transfer to my bank

I did it yesterday and no problem--today when I go to the page where you enter the amount you'd like to transfer to your bank -- it shows "0.00" until you enter the amount -- the zeroes turn red and won't accept my input. 

Any ideas?  I have no blocks or holds as far as i know.  Thanks!

Are the funds showing in your paypal balance and cleared and not pending.

Are they in the correct currency?
