Hi Iv sold an item on e bay and sent the tracking number to pay pal. The item has been delivered however this was three weeks ago and pay pal will not release my money. The annoying thing is that I cannot speak to a person and their e nail is always not working. It’s very disconcerting when they have your money yet you cannot get hold of them. What is going on? Why can they not be contacted direct and not with a ridiculous virtual service that is no help at all!!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
