Withdrawl to credit card pending for over 2 weeks

I tried to transfer 277$ to my credit card on march 16th. When i tried it it said that the transfer will be accepted or denied in 24 hours. I never got an email or anything. Now it's been over 2 weeks when it is saying that it should take 5-7 business days. I tried contacting support and they never responded. What do i do?

Please review the following FAQ Why did the withdrawal to my credit card fail? and click on "Track it".

*You can only use a Visa card issued in Egypt.

I have a different name in my PayPal account from my credit card thanks 👍
