I try to withdrawl my money to my credit card account. But I have a problem with my connection so I klik the button many times to rrsend the confirmation code to my phone number. Then when I try again they said that "We can't confirm it's you!" I don't know how to solve that problem, I check my email and there's nothing that I can do to verify that it was me.

I'm sorry to hear that you cannot complete the identity confirmation for a withdrawal. If the site is sending a confirmation to your mobile number, it would not be going to your email address. It would be a text message received on your phone. If you have not received the text message, please check with your phone service carrier to find out if you're blocking any kind of text messages. If you are, that may be preventing you from getting the confirmation codes.
