Withdrawl not yet in Unionbank

Hello, I recently withdrew from my Paypal account to my Unionbank card on June 18. It was said that I can expect the money in my account on June 20 but it hasn't still arrived. I would like to know how long it usually takes for Unionbank to receive cashouts from Paypal.
