I just linked my bank account to my paypal account so that I could withdraw money to my bank account. But I couldn't withdraw my money when I got message "We can't process your request right now, try again later". Is anyone else having the same problem? Should this be fixed just by waiting and trying later again?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your currency?
Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card?
Have you verified the bank account with the 4 digit code?
Does your bank account name and your paypal account name match exactly?
Advice is voluntary.
