Withdrawing my money

For some reason I am unable to withdraw money from pay pal to my bank account I have contacted my bank and they say it’s pay pal can someone please advice me! It just says when I try to withdraw my card can’t be used for transfers? It’s a Natwest card and I used to withdraw with my old Natwest card

If you are receiving an error stating that your card cannot be used for transfers, it may be that in your Country, you can only withdraw from your PayPal balance to your linked bank account. As PayPal is a Country-specific service, functions to send, receive and withdraw money are different based on where you registered your PayPal account. I would recommend checking our User Agreement by clicking 'Legal' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage for more information.
