Withdrawing money to the card

Dear PayPal team, hi! About 2 hours ago I've received money on my PayPal account (balance), but I can't transfer them on my bank card. It is written there: "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." Do you know what it could be?

Yes i got same problem, I sent an email and im waiting for a response,i hope they will fix it as soon as its possible.

I just got a reply: We are currently experiencing a technical issue with regards to withdrawal to cards. Our technical department are working at resolving this as a matter of priority, I have forwarded your account details to them. Theyre working on it šŸ™‚
