Hello, I am from Romania and I'd like to know whether or not can I withdraw money to my card. It is a Maestro debit card, I've linked it to my PayPal account, I've done the verifying, and when I try withdrawing, the message "you'll need to add a bank account" appears. However, I can't link a bank account, since I don't have a US one. I've also searched for the options in Romania and I saw that for sending and receiving money, a Maestro card can be used, and for withdrawing, it is just mentioned "to your credit, debit or prepaid card". Then why doesn't it work? Does it have to be other type of card? What would be the solution?
